Senior Andrew Feltis scored 16 points leading a balance attack for the Lincoln Academy Eagles as they had four players including Feltis finish with at least 13 points in a 75-47 victory over the Nokomis Warriors in a Class B Boys Basketball game played at Nokomis High School on Tuesday Evening.

The Eagles came out strong in the first quarter as they went up 28-12 after the first quarter. Feltis had 10 points in the quarter. Other contributors in the quarter were Senior Ethan Wajar with 6 Points, Senior Ben McLain with 4 points, Junior Brandon Reilly  with 4 points and Senior Pat Mullin hit 4 free throws in the first quarter. Sophomore Chris Braley kept Nokomis within 13 going into the half (39-26) as Braley finished 14 first half points.

Lincoln Academy put the game away in the third quarter when they outscored Nokomis 14-7 taking a 53-33 lead going into the 4th quarter. McLean and Reilly had 4 points each in the quarter.  Junior Everett Martin and Reilly had four rebounds each in the third quarter. Braley recorded 11 Points and 10 Rebounds in the second half as he finished with 25 Points and 13 Rebounds.  Sophomore Ethan Pearl led the Warriors with 3 Assists while Junior Jake Welch finished with 3 Steals. Joining Feltis in double figures for the Warriors were the following players (Wajer 15, McLain 13, Reilly 13). McLain and Reilly led the Warriors with 4 Assists each. Lincoln Academy improves to 5-4 with the victory and will next play MCI at home on Thursday evening. Nokomis drops to 1-8 with the loss and will travel to Turner to take on Leavitt on Thursday.
